Our response to the sold-out Pilot: room to work directly with 30 more companies. If you applied, your diagnostic and application carry over.

The guarantee

Do the work in month one. If you finish it without a workflow selected, mapped and scored, we refund month one. Conditional on attending four calls and submitting the pre-work. We are asking you to show up, not to gamble.

Where you actually are

You do not need convincing.

You have run the pilots. You have read the book. You have watched the coordination cost of running the company the old way compound quarter after quarter while the tools got better and the work did not change.

What you have not had is a room, a coach, and a clock.

Who this is for

Founders and CEOs who are done debating AI.

You own the decision. You can put a workflow owner on this for sixty days. You are not ready to hand a board mandate to a done-for-you build, and you are not willing to wait until you are.

Come as the CEO, or bring your C-suite. This is the weekly room where you sit in and rewrite the business, together.

What you get

Four things. Every one of them is a person or a tool, not a module.

Every week Live interactive call

Opens with a state-of-the-union on what just broke in tech, then straight into hands-on breakout rooms with you and a cohort of peer CEOs on the same journey.

Between calls The building-an-exo Skill

The engine that does the work. It maps the workflow, scores it, and writes the agent specification with you.

With Salim In the room, not on a stage

Pre-kick-off in August and leading the first kick-off sessions, then 2+ working sessions every month through to close. Live on your workflow, never a broadcast keynote.

Included Everything in ExO Pro

The whole platform, for the whole time you are in Leap.

The room

A cohort of peer CEOs.

The cohort is composed so the CEOs in it are actually peers. The coaching lands, because the workflows recognise each other. Nobody is explaining their business from scratch every week.

This is the part you are really paying for, and it is the one thing a course can never sell you.

Your first workflow

We pick the one that moves the number.

These first companies, we work with directly to find the perfect first workflow: the one that dramatically lifts revenue or dramatically cuts cost. The flow you already know you want assessed immediately, we put a coach and the Skill on it in week one.

Your first 60 days

A promise you can hold us to.

Three weeks to learn enough to be dangerous. Four to build. Sixty days is the honest number, and we would rather publish the honest one.

Day 20
Workflow selected and scored

One core workflow, chosen with your coach and run through REWRITE. The scoring is what makes it the right one.

Scored
Day 40
Mapped, with the agent spec written

The workflow mapped end to end and the agent specification drafted, task by task.

Mapped
Day 60
Running on the Edge

Running agent-native alongside the old one, with the board case built from what it actually did.

On the Edge
Day 61
Workflow two begins

Your quarter is not up. You do not stop and celebrate, you pick the next one and go again. That is how a firm becomes an ExO, one workflow at a time, and then faster.

And again →
And then you do it again

One Edge Workflow. Then the next one.

Leap is not a course and there is nothing to graduate from. The three months is the minimum commitment, not the length. When your first workflow is running on the Edge you do not stop and celebrate, you pick the next one, and the one after that, until there is nothing left in the company running by hand.

Six workflows in your first year. The sixth one will not take sixty days, because by then your firm has done this five times and the method is in the building rather than in the coaching. That is the compounding, and it is the only reason any of this is worth $7,500 a month rather than a one-off engagement.

And everything underneath it

The library was never the constraint.

Everything in ExO Pro comes with your seat anyway. Leap sits above it, so you carry the whole platform for as long as you are in the room. Take all of it. It is the shelf the methodology was built on.

On its own, Pro is $720 a month, and it is included here at no extra cost. But you have had access to material before. What the other $6,780 buys is a cohort of other CEOs, a coach who has done this already, and a date on the calendar when your workflow has to be running.

Who this is not for

We would rather you did not apply if…

Look at ExO Pro
Before you ask on the call

Questions.

I applied for the Organizational Singularity Pilot and did not get a seat. Do I start again?

No. Your diagnostic and your application carry over, and you go to the front of the queue for the founding thirty. The Pilot took ten companies out of more than 400 applications. Nothing was wrong with the other 390, there were only ten seats.

Why 60 days and not 90?

Because 60 is what it actually takes: roughly three weeks to learn enough to be dangerous, and four to build. The three-month minimum exists so that workflow two starts while you are still in the room, which is the whole point. One workflow proves it. The second one is where it compounds.

How is this different from the Organizational Singularity Pilot?

The Pilot is done-for-you and board-mandated. Our team builds it alongside you, and it is $120,000 for ninety days. Leap is you building it, with an ExO coach and nine peer companies, at $7,500 a month. Same methodology, same Skill, same faculty. Different amount of us.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You need a workflow you know is broken and somebody who can own it for sixty days. The Skill does the mapping, the scoring and the agent specification. Your coach makes sure you picked the right workflow and that it actually ships.

Who is my coach, and what if they do not know my domain?

An ExO coach, assigned to your pod for the whole build, and behind them is the faculty bench. No single coach knows every domain, and none of them are expected to. When your workflow needs somebody who has rebuilt exactly that thing before, your coach brings them into the room.

When do I pay, and what am I paying for?

On acceptance. That payment secures your seat and covers month one. If you are accepted before September, you are in the room from August at no charge and the cohort clock still starts 1 September.

Is this a three-month programme?

No. Three months is the minimum commitment, not the length. Leap is ongoing and there is nothing to graduate from: you stay at $7,500 a month, one workflow every sixty days, for as long as you have workflows worth rebuilding. For most firms that is years rather than months. After the minimum you are month to month, and your rate is locked for 24 months if you were in the founding thirty. When your board is ready to mandate the whole rebuild, you move up to the Organizational Singularity Pilot.

How is my pod put together?

So that the ten companies in it are peers, which is what makes the hour worth ninety minutes of your week. We compose the room deliberately and we do not open a pod below eight companies.
