One quick thing before we record.

I give OpenExO and its affiliated companies, partners, agencies, employees, contractors and authorized representatives permission to photograph, film and record me in connection with the Project. I give OpenExO permission to use my name, photograph, image and likeness, voice, video or audio recordings, and comments, statements and contributions made as part of the Project.

OpenExO may use this material in its communications, publications, websites, social media, educational materials, presentations, marketing, advertising and promotional activities. This permission applies worldwide, across any current or future media or platform, and does not expire.

I understand that OpenExO may edit, reproduce, publish, distribute or combine the photographs, video, audio and other material captured as part of the Project. I will not have the right to review or approve the final material before it is published or used. OpenExO may also allow its affiliates, partners, service providers or other authorized parties to use the material for the purposes described in this release.

I understand that I will not receive payment, royalties or other compensation for the use of my name, image, voice, likeness or contributions. OpenExO is also under no obligation to publish or use any of the material captured.

By signing below, I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older; I have the authority to give the permissions described in this release; my participation and the material I provide do not knowingly violate the rights of another person or organization; no additional payment or permission from another person or organization is required for OpenExO to use the material as described above; and my participation is not subject to a union, guild or collective bargaining agreement that would prevent these permissions from being granted.

I release OpenExO, its affiliated companies and authorized representatives from claims arising from the permitted use of my name, image, likeness, voice or contributions under this release, including claims relating to privacy, publicity or the way the material has been edited or presented. This does not apply to uses outside the permissions granted in this release or to rights that cannot legally be waived.

This release represents our complete agreement regarding the material described above. It will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any legal proceedings relating to this release will be handled in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Delaware.
