As the principal of Syntropic.world – Christine works with leaders and enterprises globally who have a commitment to being the pioneers of enterprise change. Christine has the ability to completely re-imagine business, its role in our world, and its potential for a future for all humans. She experiences a deeper level of truth than most through applying synergetics (Buckminster Fuller’s anticipatory design science), and has a way of articulating this so others can see it as well. Christine questions the most basic assumptions that drive our complex systems and can map that back to what is needed today.

She is committed to the creation of Syntropic enterprises as ubiquitous. Syntropic enterprises = enterprises that enable a higher order of all human and Earth thriving. By nature syntropic enterprises evoke gravity (attraction) and coherence towards an eternally regenerative Universe.

Christine is an internationally recognised facilitator, practitioner, teacher coach and strategist and an authority in integrative systems design, human relational design and regenerative enterprises. She is fluent in complimentary currency, the use of technology including blockchain, and stays very much at the cutting edge of technology and enterprise change.

She was one of the founders of the coaching profession globally in the late 90', the founding President of the International Coach Federation Australasia (ICFA) and on the global board of the ICF for five years, in the last year as VP. She set up the global chapter system and was involved in the criteria for credentialing.

She was on the team for a multimillion dollar cultural change program in one of Australia's largest banks, working with the senior executives, as well are creating a program on speaking truth, delivering feedback which was delivered throughout the organisation.

As well as banking and finance, Christine worked with the Nokia team on the N9 phone before the sale to Microsoft.

In 2015/2016 she created a large multi-stakeholder event bringing 3 levels of government, the business community, the entrepreneurial start up community, 3 universities, secondary students and citizens to consider the issues faced within the community and how the whole community might co-create appropriate solutions.

She has since worked with start ups around the world, all of whom are committed to either the UN SDG's or to creating a world with a future.

As a 30 plus year applied student of the work of R.Buckminster Fuller, Christine was trained in systems thinking, the geometry of human relationships, complexity and problem solving. She see's systems with fluency, and now works on new maps and models of enterprise design, integral accounting, complimentary currency, human value recognition, self managed deliberately developmental systems.

Christine has actively been engaged in the blockchain space since 2012, has worked with several companies in this space, and is designing a token based on the Integral Accounting models, which registers and records value in 6 domains.

She was trained in complimentary currency by Bernard Lietaer, one of the leads in the Euro conversion mechanism.

She reads vastly and extensively. Her original training is in medical science.

In her spare time she runs distances, swims often, and writes a daily, 365 days a year, blog. Her first book, in second edit stage, is on Syntropic Enterprise- Business for a world with a future.
