You have the Skill. Now build your edge.
Downloading the Skill was step zero. This worksheet walks you through the five steps that turn it into a working AI-native edge in your own organisation. Fill it in as you go, it saves automatically, and when you are done you can hand the whole plan to the AI where you installed the Skill.
Your answers stay private. Everything you type is saved only in this browser, on this device. Nothing reaches OpenExO unless you choose to send it, using the option at the bottom of the page.
The Skill is the engine. It carries the ExO 3.0 method and the REWRITE Playbook, so it can reason about your organisation once you give it real input. Everything below is that input. The more honest and specific you are, the sharper the Skill gets.
Before the Skill designs anything, it needs to know your starting point. The REWRITE Readiness Score tells you, and it, how ready your organisation actually is to run on AI. Skip it and every recommendation is a guess. Do it and the plan is calibrated to you.
Take the assessment, then bring the numbers back here. You will hand them to the Skill in step five.
Most plans start from today and add a little. Backcasting does the opposite. You describe the destination first, the version of your organisation that already runs on AI, then work backwards to what has to be true to get there. It stops you optimising the old shape and points you at the real redesign.
You do not redesign the whole company at once. You pick one edge and prove it. The best first workflow is high volume, rules heavy, time consuming, clearly bounded, and easy to measure. Win there and you earn the right, and the evidence, to do the next one.
You cannot automate what you cannot see. Break your chosen workflow into its real steps. For each one, note the data it needs, the decision or rule it turns on, and whether it should stay with a person, move to an agent, or run as a hybrid. This map is what the Skill turns into an agent specification.
Pick the single highest-value task from your map and build one agent for it. Put it to work on real work this week, not a test. Measure the result against your baseline, keep a person on the checks that matter, then point the same method at the next edge. That loop is the whole advantage.
Copy your plan as Markdown, open the AI where you installed the Skill, paste it in, and ask it to pressure-test your edge and draft the agent specification. Or save it as a PDF to keep and share with your team. These options stay on your device. Your plan only reaches OpenExO if you use the send option below.
Send your plan to us and we will take a look and point you to the right next step. This is the only part of this page that sends your answers anywhere. By sending, you are giving the OpenExO team permission to review your plan and get in touch about it.
You do not have to do this alone
The plan is yours. If you would rather build it with people who do this every day, that is exactly what our memberships are for.
