With the all-important MTP properly documented, we now look at the externalities that an ExO can leverage. These map onto the acronym SCALE. The first of these, Staff on Demand, will examine how an ExO can scale by utilizing a workforce outside the organizational boundaries.

What is Staff on Demand

SoD means utilizing a pool of prequalified workers, hired on an as-needed basis, to conduct operational elements of a company’s business. Responsibilities range from simple tasks to complex work and may even include mission-critical processes.
