Chapter 10 - Interfaces

In the previous chapter on Engagement, we discussed the various techniques that an Exponential Organization can employ to bind Communities and Crowd closer to the enterprise. To achieve massive scale, however, Engagement (and the other SCALE attributes) can’t be manual. They must be automated—leveraging the channels, rules, and Interface protocols of a powerful platform.
