Chapter 11 - Dashboards

In the previous chapter, we discussed the crucial role of Interfaces and Platforms in the operation and success of Exponential Organizations. But Interfaces and Platforms need to function properly, and proper function is possible only if an ExO can monitor those processes continuously and draw useful data out of them to improve operations. The best way to do that is via powerful Dashboards—the subject of this chapter.
