Digital Content Producer and Host at The New Channel PhilippinesJennifer Nuya began her professional life as an HR practitioner in 2008 where she brought a wealth of prior experience in teaching. Over the last 12 years, she has worked with reputable global, multi- cultural and matrixed organizations. What she is most passionate about in her work is championing positive work environment. She believes that people flourish in environments where their unique strengths and cultural differences are seen, celebrated and empowered.
As a DEIB Aesthete, she is devoted to pushing for more diversity, equality, inclusivity and belonging across all segments of the organization and ultimately our society. She has spoken extensively about DEIB and has trained others as facilitators on issues of difference including race, gender, ability and many others.
Lastly, she supports a maximally ethical socio-economic model (a Capitalism upgrade) towards a high-tech future of abundance solving the world's biggest challenges
