I am also a self-published author, TEDx, and Meetup organizer. I have been a visiting lecturer at the University of Ferrara and at the Sapienza University of Rome. My work on cultural transformation has been featured in numerous student theses on economics, innovation management, and communication at the Universities of Verona, Bolzano, and Ferrara. The Exponential Organizations Model is providing the opportunity to spread a new culture of innovation and change to help increase companies' success rates. I lived and worked in Belgium, Germany, and Italy where I am currently based. I worked in France, UK, Sweden, Switzerland, India, US, and Singapore.
