Read 'Exponential Organisations' in 2014 and then launched an innovation platform called 10X Labs. Father of a one-year old. I ride a One Wheel wherever I can and love to paint. I make tools that enable me and my colleagues to better facilitate workshops about exponential change. These tools are reminiscent of board games and illustrated maps, and are almost impossible to resist. We work with big legacy organisations, mobilising their employees into sustained innovation.
