Prerequisites and Interdependencies

The MTP is unique in that it is the prerequisite for all other ExO attributes. As such, it comes before all other attributes and necessarily guides them all. Perhaps the most important prerequisite for an MTP is that the leaders must walk the talk and always position the MTP as central to their activities. It’s essential when formulating the MTP that all three letters of the acronym are fully acknowledged and covered.
