In the previous chapters, we saw the benefits of using human assets only when necessary and relying on Artificial Intelligence and Algorithms to reduce overhead and increase versatility and operating speed. Those strategies were derived from the historical techniques of renting physical equipment and tools. Today, the model of Community and Crowds has evolved and amplified the strategy of using leases and rentals into that of leveraging and sharing assets—the theme of this chapter. By effectively using leveraged and shared assets (LSA) to virtualize everything possible within its operations, Exponential Organizations will have an important competitive advantage in the economy of the future.
