Requirements and Prerequisites

To successfully implement Dashboards, an organization must consider the following requirements and prerequisites:

• MTP. As usual, an MTP is critical to guide the content of Dashboards and assess whether the organization is on track.

• AI and Algorithms. As Dashboards become increasingly automated, Artificial Intelligence becomes increasingly necessary as a real-time steering mechanism.

• Cultural acceptance and appreciation of OKRs. At the individual, team, and organizational levels, OKRs are crucial to keep the organization on track.

Integration with other software: Most software, such as SAP or Salesforce, requires a separate Dashboard to capture insights and integrate data from various company management programs.
