Purpose Driven Mindset

Let’s begin this mindset journey by discussing a Purpose-Driven Mindset. The objective of a Purpose-Driven Mindset is perhaps best summed up by a quote I attribute to my friend Tom Bilyeu’s father: 

Find something you would die for and live for it. Doing anything significant, big, and bold requires a TON of hard work. It also involves countless risks, setbacks, and restarts. While some people are lucky, most success stories require recovering one more time, facing the challenge, and beginning again. Over and over.

So how do you fuel that persistence, and where do you focus it?

My favorite analogy is that of an aircraft, where passion is the jet engine powering your plane, and purpose is the rudder directing your flight path. As we’ve also discussed in this book, a deeper dive here takes you into the realm of developing your Massive Transformative Purpose.
