Agent Control Sheet

The Agent Control Sheet was introduced during the OpenExO Pro Mastermind session on 28 October 2026, as part of the workshop on AI Permission Envelopes.

This practical resource helps members define the boundaries within which AI agents can operate, including what information they can access, which actions they can perform independently and when human approval is required.

Members can use the sheet to establish clear permissions, identify potential risks and build appropriate oversight into their AI workflows. It provides a structured starting point for creating AI systems that are secure, accountable and aligned with organizational goals.
